Dolce Vita offers the customer has the right to replace / return the product if there is a defect in the product or an error issued by the company within the 14 days from the date of receiving the product, the client is not entitled to replace / return the product after 14 days of receiving it, in addition he must bear the shipping costs.
To replace / return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the customer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the company has the right to inspect the product before replacing it / returning it to ensure its safety.
The customer is not entitled to replace/return the product in the following cases:
If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the customer.
The coffee as a whole (coffee) is not exchanged and not returned unless there is a mistake made by the company in the type of coffee.
Returns and exchanges include all items except for coffee capsules and food items. Returns and exchanges require that the item be in its original, unused condition, and that the item sold be free of defects. To benefit from the return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice. Returns or exchanges will be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Purchases paid by credit card cannot be refunded for cash but are returned to the card account used by the customer when making the purchase.
